Default PREDATOR 50

i just bought a 06 predator 50 and it seemed to be in mint condition, as it still had the ******* on the tires, but when i got it hom noticed the oil light was on and the gear case was empty, dont know for how long this was but what kind of probs could this have caused...plus the drain screw for carb will not go all the way in and when lifted on back wheels gas comes out the tube....any ideas

Gearcase or oil tank empty? If oil light on,should not be completely dry, usually they are set to come on LONG before they are empty. Pull small injector tube on left side of carb to see if small amount of oil in line. If in doubt, just fill tank with 2-stroke injector oil, premix a little fuel in tank. If talking about GEARCASE,just add AGL at dipstick inlet, then see how it runs. Also if you stand on end ALL carbs will leak out of the overflow tube, just make sure no leaking on LEVEL ground. Good luck
