Trade in Value
#1
I entered a contest not to long ago for an 08' Polaris sportsman 90 & 400. If I win I would like to know what the trade in value is for each of them. I am probably going to get a dirt bike. Thats what I like to ride. But at the same time I want a four wheeler so I just want to figure out my options. Hoping to trade in the 90 for 50cc pit bike or something on the lines of that. By the way, the drawing for the four wheelers is the day after my birthday.

i would think it would depend on how the contest was being paid for in wheather its the ticket price or somthing else paying for the item. dealer (guessing) wouldnt give much more then his cost for it im guessing.

Trade-In Value (Good Condition) $3175 for the 400 and $1190 for the 90 according to KBB. If you sell them instead of trading them in they're worth a lot more. $4,725 and $2,035 Average Retail according to NADA which most people seem to go by instead of KBB. Trade-ins are always worth less than selling it because the dealer wants take the trade-in then sell it for what it's actually worth, or more.

Yeah, no kidding. I entered a contest. How much can I get for my Grand Prize?

What does that have to do with anything? I don't think Ed Mcman cares.
