Default Hard Steering

I bought a new 07 sportsman 500 F.I to replace the grizzly. Love the machine but has anyone else's bike very hard to steer. (the 4 wheel drive is not engaged). Is it possible due to radial tires, this is my first set of radials. thanks for any input

I came off a 2004 Vforce 700, to the 2008 sportsman 500efi. Mine is somewhat hard to turn also, but you get used to it.

I know low tire pressure on the front makes them hard to steer but can only guess what the wrong pressure in the rear does.
