Default maintance on 250 trailboss

I just aquired a 92 250 trailboss 4x4 that has sat sometime. Its engine had maybe 30 minutes run time since it was rebuilt. It runs really well. What kind of maintanance do I need to perform on this thing. Also the clutch is a bit noisy what do i need to look for?

Default maintance on 250 trailboss

Check transmission fluid,if real dark, drain plug at bottom, about 18-20 ounces AGL tranny fluid, keep sock prefilter and main air filter CLEAN ( less tolerant of dirt than 4-strokes) as far as clutch can be belt ,front clutch buttons, rear clutch ramp buttons,OR even COVER making noise( older model covers distorted and drive clutch would rub, make lot of noise) and just keep chain adjusted and lubed. Good dependable machines,I still service some still putting around. Plus in hubs takes demand Drive Hub Fluid OR can use ATF (88 up to about 91 models Polaris recomended ATF,then came out with demand drive fluid. Hub has 3/16" drain/fill plug with magnetic tip, normal to have metal shavings. Drain, fill, turn opening to 4 oclock position, drain excess till slows or stops, little extra wont hurt.
