Ive got an 03 600 Sportsman that is giving me fits. Top end is awsome, great throttle response, but between 10 and 20 mph, it has got a miss. I had the "cold weather update" done when it was bought and it has really never been right since. Can someone tell me what the factory specs on the carb are? (Needle, jet and settings, etc.) Or if anyone else has had this problem, what their fix was. Thanks alot, Buzzard

I would check the boot between the carb and motor. They have issues with cracking and causing an air leak.

 

I already replace the boot a few months ago, it was cracked. I really think that it is jetting issue. I would like to go back to factory specs and see if it helps, if I can find what factory jetting and specs are. Thanks Speeddrive1
