Default Is this a clutch problem??????

I tried to eliminate in a few seconds anything that I didn't think could cause the problem, like a carb/jet issue. I didn't think the rev override that isn't even suppossed to do anything in F was the problem, when it didn't have a problem in R. I never heard of that happening before and it's a learning experience for me.

I love the look and the sound of the 250 2 stroker. My son loves it because he is new to ATV riding and this way he doesnt have to worry about gears and clutch yet.
It does have a hotseatperformance exhaust kit / K&N filter / and re jetted. Seems like once I held in that override button it almost pulled the wheels off the ground.

it might be the trans switch is messed up if the override isnt working correctly.

OK, I am guessing that when I cut this wire I will most likely not have the reverse light any longer correct???

Also, does anyone know if there is a kit to separate the braking. In other words have two brake handles. One for just front and one for the rear.

I unplugged the black wire going into the REV Limiter and that seems to be the issue. It runs like a scalded cat now. However I did lose the reverse light also. So, will pony up the 57.00 for a new limiter. Just so it is "right". Thanks all for the help and advise.
