me and my buddy snorkled his 500ho..he used 1 3/4 spa hose and 1 3/4" pvc and put a u on the end...when he was down on the throttle it was spittin and sputtering..so i took the airbokx loose and it ran fine...so i'm gonna do mine tommarow..should i go with 2" i have a sportsman500 not the ho...should 2" be enough or go bigger or what cuz i really dont wanna rejet....

 

two inch should b plenty. you may need to readjust the pilot for an adaquit fuel air mix, since you will now have more air entering engine.
