It took my info and said I should recieve my stuff in 6-8weeks.
Also yesterday I received the DVD with the offer, the mailing label had my old mahines VIN on it. Also had a pic of the shift ****,looks nice, not like the one they currently sell.
Did you guys by you previous machines new? If so did you ever have any warranty work done or verify they were registered with POlaris? Reason I ask is maybe they were never registered with Polaris? Not sure how that would happen but I know when I was at my dealer one time I overheard one of the guys on the phone with Polaris, they had a machine in for warranty work and it wasn't in Polaris' system for some reason. I'm not sure what the end resut was.

I wouldn't give up..there has to be a way...I'd bug Polaris until they submit. I mean maybe they could have you send a photo ov the VIN plate or something.
Remind me next week I'll call the guy at Polaris who handles the Camping World offer and see what he suggests.

Just got off the phone with Polaris Customer Service regarding this offer. The previously owned Sportsman must be registered in your name. They were willing to check my VIN for me while I was on the phone. I bought my ATV used and know that it would not be registered in my name so I asked how to update the registration. I was instructed to go to any Polaris Dealer and have them complete a form updating the registration. I suspect that it may take a few weeks for this to show up in their system but it should. I will go to the dealer today and then call Polaris back in a couple of weeks to see if they can verify my VIN.

Congrats! Glad the persistence paid off. When in a situations where you know you qualify for something like that it's best not to give up till you get it. Alot of times I think they hope you'll give up.
mtpockets- I've seen alot of guys stating this about this and other offers on various boards. They seemed concerned that if the dealer doesn't know they will miss out...I've been there myself in the past and I was also concerned. The dealers have nothing to do with these type of offers. It is soley up to the buyer to do the leg work and complete any requirements after the purchase. With a myriad of different offers at anyone time the dealers are really kept out of the loop on these most times. Although my dealer knew about it and gave me a copy of the DVD before I ever received one in the mail, that was still after I had bought the machine. That's the difference in offers and incentives I guess(although they call incentives offers on the Polaris Website). If it isn't listed under "Current Offers" on Polaris' site the dealers do not really have a thing to do with it.
What I'm saying is do not be concerned if you dealer knows nothing of the offer, you'll still be eligible and get it if you meet the requirements.

That's great news about you getting through to Polaris and receiving both your warranty and bullet shift ****.
Even though I never owned a Polaris before, I did try to get this offer, but of course I was declined so basically, I did some more haggling with the salesman and he is throwing in the bullet shift **** with the sale of the vehicle. now I'm going to try and see if they will knock any money off the winch.
For the 2 year ESC, I'm going through Camping World (like many others on here) and special thanks for everyones help with this.
