I saw this in my new Quad magazine I got today, and thought it was pretty neat

I have never had to change a boot until now. Is that tool worth it's price?

The first boot I replaced took about an hour and the boot was $18. The $229 might be worth it if you work in a shop and the customer pays the price for the boot.

Just do it the right way, I doesn't take much longer and then you can clean it all out in the parts washer. that tool is a waste of $$$.

WHAT I MEANT stendori is that I replace several boots a week! and this tool is a lazy mans way to replace cv boots! I DONT HAVE ONE ,because of the price and the boot costs too! I just do it the old fashioned way which is the best! opt
