Default trail boss problems

hello im a first time quad owner and happened to get a polaris. i have a 94 trail boss 250 i just rebuilt last weekend. runs good has pleanty of power. my problem now is the chain popped off and got stuck in the front sprocket. i was putting the reverse on and trying to free it that way. well i ended up pulling the chain out with my hands and the screw driver. the chain was messed up bad so i replaced it. now it bogs in gear and smells like rubber burning real bad. im guessing the belt needs to be changed but do you think its smelling likie that becouse off the gear case is messed up. i hope not. anyway when i roll the polaris back and fourth in gear it sounds good and the gears are moving very nice and easy when the polaris isnt running. but it does go but not as good as it did

Default trail boss problems

o.k. ! i pulled the belt system off the bike the clutching of the rear big pully has three little triangle clutch pads in it. they where all broken. i think it was binding the rear pully when the little pads where slinging around inside the pulley. so the front pulley was going faster then the rear pulley causing my built to burn.
anybody know ware to get these little clutch pads.
