Default 2010 Scrambler

Yea, have the option of SRA or IRS. I'd rather have the IRS, personally, but there are people who lean toward the sportier side of life. Also, 550 XP and 850 XP engine option. I'd pick up a 550 definately.

Reviving an old thread; The Jan. 09' issue of DW had a sport 4x4 shootout between the scrambler, renie 500, and wolvie, in the article, DW said they expect to see the scrambler updated w/double a-arms in front, as well as new plastic. Last year (08'), they had an article about the sportsman 800 and they said they expected the sportsman chassis to get some updates for 09' and lo and behold we got the XPs. I hope 2010 is the model year we finally get either an updated scrambler, (double a-arms front, IRS, 550 XP and 850 XP powertrains, lightweight chassis), or an all new from-the ground up big-twin (850) sport 4x4.

They haven't even done that since the 08' model year.

The rumors are 2010 or 2011, RZR 950-1000 based on the XP 850 engine at 90-100 hp.
This motor will more than likely not trickle down to the Sportsman or Scrambler, more money in the side by side market right now.

Just wishful thinking. I don't know anything, and I can prove it.

Wink

A scrambler 800 would be suicidal.
