Default XP tires

After a lot of research, I'm finding that anything wider than 10" rears is either going to need spacers or aftermarket wheels. Since I'm not a fan of spacers, and I bought the browning edition and don't want to swap out the camo wheels, what do you guys think of going with Maxxis Zilla 27-10-14 on all 4 corners? This should clear the rear stabilizer, and allow me to keep the stock wheels.

Until someone trys it we wouldn't know.Tire sizes don't always run true to the listed size.

First, welcome to ATV Connection.

Second, the Zilla's have to be better than the stock "Terriblethons"! LOL

The guys with the XP's should be able to tell you whether you will be OK with the 10" wides in the front.

10's in the front will not be a problem...the biggest clearance issue is in the rear.
The fronts are a good 4" from rubbing anything in all directions.
Anyone know if the Zillas run small? The site lists the 10's as a 9.3 ceter section..if they run small then the 11's may work for the rear as they are listed as 10.30 ceter section.

The problem with the Zilla, is they only come in 27-10-14, and 27-12-14, and I know the 12's won't even come close to fitting on the rear. The other option would be 26's(pointless) or 28's(too much power loss). Anybody ever run same width fronts and rears?

This is Jonathan680's pic from HL. It looks like the 28's may fit with stock rims. Nobody will know until someone tries it.

Width is of more concern than height when using stock tires...width is what hits the sway bar.
Jonathon's looks to have more clearance than my 11" XTRs

That's what I thought you might say. His really seem to be way out there.

Didn't someone on here already try zillas? I thought he said they rubbed only in certain positions of the suspension. I can't remember if they were 26's or 27's though.

They certainly look like a nice option for the XP.

That thing must be running spacers, there's at least 2-3" between the sway bar and the rubber. With my terriblethons, I measured 11/16" between the rubber and sway bar @ full extension.
