It tells me my 100x100 14kb pic is to large so I'll go with the bagman. For me there is a lot more important things in these forums than cool avatars. I'm a low hour/mileage user so I can't wait to see what you hardcore users break.

You can format your camera to take smaller pics then take the smaller pics crop them to take a piece of the photo and not the entire thing,also anybody notice the scrambler 500 author icon does'nt work?

I just use the Microsoft office picture manager. copy the pic to a new file,(so you don't ruin the original) double click to see full size, click "edit picture at the top of the screen, click "resize" on the right and type in 120 x 120, then OK and then save.
then you have the original and the resized copy to use as your icon.
