Thanks again HighOctane. I'm fighting with the clock here, but I will see to it that my dealer has the VIN, an updated Sales Order and the machine is registered with Polaris by the end of today the latest so that I can get this paperwork over to Stephen Fulop ASAP.

That should work as long as your dealer can register it with Polaris. All the fine print says is purchased and registered before 12/31. It says noting about taking delivery. I'm not even sure you need to get the paperwork to Stephen before the 31st,but it wouldn't hurt to call him and make sure. Do you have his phone number?

I do not have Stephan's phone number, but I finally have all the information needed to submit to him, which I've already done. My dealer is going to register the machine today through Polaris.

Can you please give me his phone number so I can ensure that he received all of the paperwork on time? I'm still panicing.

Well I finally received all of the necessary paperwork needed to submit to Stephan Fulop @ Polaris for the Camping World offer. I just faxed him all of the information. The dealer is going to register the machine today through Polaris so hopefully my ESC will be taken care of by the end of today, so that I can sleep better [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I was told this morning that my ATV has been shipped, and they said I could have it any day now. He will keep me posted, and I will be sure to keep you guys posted too [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Just spoke to Stephan and he has all my paperwork, the only thing he is waiting on is the dealer to register the unit, which we are doing tonight after I sign the loan.
