Anyone know were I can buy a complete overhaul kit for my 2003 sportsman 500ho?

no, it's running but smoking alot

 

you probably just need to either rering it or bore it and put the next size piston in it

 

any suggestions on were to buy parts?

If it only has 1100 miles you would not think that it needs a rebuild already maybe something else is going on .

 

the best way to get it done is pull the cylinder off and take it to a shop to see if it can just be cleaned up and reringed or if it needs to be bored. if it needs to be bored get the needed size from them and order a wiseco piston. ebay is probably the best bet on that. if it just needs rings you willl have to go thru dealer because it is a oem piston in there

Polaris dealers have that stuff.....

 

My dealer told me they would rebuild my engine for about $475.00. That's boring the jug, new piston, rings, rist pin, and checking the head / replacing valve seals if needed. Is this a good deal? I thought it sounded pretty cheap.
