Default blue xenon bulbs

i ordered a set and they were 2-prong plug. my OEM are 3-prong. went back to dealership to look that up again and they did order the supposedly correct ones listed.

so are they just not available yet for my sportsman 400 yet?

the '09's are out already!

any info would help. the polaris catalogues and website offer NO info. thanks

R~

Whats the part number on the bulb?? the ones on my 08 500 are 894, but 893's will work along with a few others.

yes.

I ordered. pulled out my old one..attempted to plug in the Blu xenon and it had only 2 metal prongs! i look at my OEM i just removed and it has three. went back to dealership and they looked em up again and said thats supposed to be it. tried ordering another set with another part # he found and they came in but were regular white halogen for MORE money. returned them both and have hit the internet/forums for help.

I had the 2876464 in my 07 800 and they were a whiter light, not so much yellow likw halogen. I just bought some 881 bulbs from luminic's, 27 watt draw/ 100 watt output, have not installed yet but will let know how they are. same price as Polaris bulb's.

I put the xenon from polaris on my XP and I love them. They are a lot brighter (not the 100% brighter as list on the box), compared to the stock set. Last weekend I was out with the brother inlaw and he stop twice to ask me to shut off my high beams, on the third stop he told me to lead the way...

I found them to be one of the best upgrades for the price IMO.
