I don't know, I think it would be a PIA to keep removing it on and off. And I guess it
depends on your setup. Some have them that petrude enough out the front end
to where you can easily reach. I for one have the WARN winch the sets in the Polaris
front end, whereby getting you fingers and reach around your winch is CUMBERSOME. IMO

Regards,

I wouldn't put a cover on my winch. The moisture that may get in there and have no escape can't be good.

just say no to covers. but covers on off roads lights in some states its the law. you have to cover the aux lights. theres a dominos pizza here that has a old police car with a red and blue led lightbar on it. you can see the color of it since its clear. but the city made him put a cover on it saying "not in service".

the cover would do more then harm then good as to hold the mud/moisture. its easier when you get back to wash off the winch and if its a good winch the water/mud wouldnt hurt it anyways. imo.

I would use it so people thing I really have a warn when all I got was a pos polaris winch with a warn sticker on it! LOL!

I had a cover for my winch on my jeep once and it was a PITA. I use my atv winch waayyyy more than I ever used my jeep winch, so I'm sure it would be an even bigger PITA! But, it is one of those things that catch your eye and make you wonder. I have seen quite a few items come across that I do the same with and after thinking about it more I realize what a PITA they would be.
