Running a larger radiator wo`nt affect the cooling or the waterpump.Finding hose to get the plumbing correct could be a challenge.Be sure there are threaded ports for any sensors.
For what a car radiator along with the plumbing, fan and sensor wires would cost and the hassle of installing it and making it right it would probably be less to install a new radiator from Polaris.

you will have to tap a hole for any sensors but a heater core is about the size of a ATV radiator depending on which core you use.

What year and model is your machine. I have a spare radiator laying around. Maybe it would fit your bike.

Radiator Protector

I would fix your radiator the right way and consider the above.
