Default Xpedition 425 4x4 problem....Help please

I have a 2001 425 Xpedition, and the 4x4 is cutting in and out. Need a service manual to figure out where to start looking for the problem. I think it must be electrical as some lights are out on the dash as well.

Does anybody have a link to this manual? Appreciate any help on the topic

Thanks in advance

I can't help you with the manual, but I can tell you that I had the same problem.

Don't be too quick to assume that the problems are related unless they all happened right at the same time. I got my ATV used, and it had 4x4 problems and dash light problems, and they were different problems. The 4x4 problem was related to a mechanical problem in the gear selector (loose bolts) that caused the transmission switch to fail to engage (and, therefore, the 4x4), and the lights were blown light bulbs. It also had an "electrical" problem with dying when it went into reverse which turned out to be the reverse speed limiter.

Good luck with the manual. I've seen people post links to them on here before.
