my problem is i have an 04 pred.500 and when it gets cold it does not want to start but when it has ran and warm up it will start right up no prblem i have k&n fillter and FMF slip on and that is all so please let me know something thanks

 

sounds liek the choke circuit is clogged or sticking. your jetting could be off too. colder air is denser than warm air. it would cause a lean condition

 

is the air filter oiled up the way it suppose to so its not throwing the air flow off? make sure the choke is set correctly so its opening all the way as well.
