Default 04 600sp no ignition

I tried starting my 04 600 sp today and when I first turned the key on I had no display , no headlight no juice at all just like it was a dead battery. I turned the key on and off several times along with the red kill button from run to stop and back again, finally I got power. Tunred the key and the engine rolled over tried to start but I wasnt quick enough with the choke. I tried again I just got a click from what sounded like it was coming from the solenoid, then lost all power again .I took off all battery cables off the winch contactor and starter solenoid . cleaned averything.I had ingnition till I tried starting it again just made a click and lost all power again. But now I cant get no ignition at all , if i touch the big 2 wires together on the starter silanoid i can get the engine to roll over fast but wont start because I have no ignition power . I have what looks like a broken blue wire that was hanging by the starter solenoid. Ive tested the blue wire and its a ground. I also have the one black wire that grounds to the mounting bolt of the solenoid. And I have the wite wire the plugs into the red wire that goes to small terminal post on the solenoid but when tested it is also a ground, I have power coming from one of the big red wires that bolts to one side of the solanoid. Can anyone give me any ideas on what to check next or how i can get ignition I have worked on it for a few hours but figured I would ask for help before I pull my Hair out

first thing you need to see if your getting power to the switch/kill switch. do you know you if you have an 100% charged battery? very important on these newer bikes to have good 12.5 voltage.. the small wire to the solenoide is the switch wire which is powered when the key/push button is turned to power the solenoide. if you tuen the ket and theres no power going to that wire to the solenoide then maybe check the switch for corroded wires or bad connection.

thanks stendori with a test light I touched the small wire going to solenoid when the key was in the on postion and I have no power going to it , should i check the back of the ignition itself and maybe the red kill button I know with the red kill button in the kill position it kills everything display cluster, headlight everything goes dead .I learned that from experience haha. its just like I have the battery unhooked no power to headlights, display or winch but i do have power to one side of the staret solenoid.

There is a blue wire that is broke not sure where it goes or what it hooks to, it is hanging by the starter solenoid I touched it with a test light and nothing when i turn the key to the on postion (one click) the wire turns into a ground turn the key off and the wire is just dead like its not hooked to nothing, I can also activate it by leaving the ignition on and using the red kill button on the handlebars , does this mean the kill button is working properly and any ideas what the blue wire is for it. It comes out of the harness with the 3 other wires for the solenoid. My 12volt power outlet on the side of the headlight housing does not have juice going to that with the key on or off
Thanks In Advance
