OPT Question

Old Polaris Tech,
Got a 2005 700 Sportsman that I am getting no power what so ever when I turn the key to start, no dash lights no starter nothing. However when I disconnect and reconnect the battery I can turn the key on and everything operates as normal. Turn the key off and I have to go thru disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to start again.
The atv had a recall on some type of electrical component and I had that replaced. Is there another electrical component I need to replace or take a look at.
thanks in advance for your help!

I would recheck that all ground wires that they disconnected and reconnected on ecm module are tight first,if not could be causing problem. Look for any they may have forgotten to rehook up! Should be about 5 brown wires. Also sounds like thermal link cutting off and resetting.
