Yes, I have a code 41 and 46. I have the T-bap sensor harness on the way. I can't seem to find a post saying it made the engine run rough and bog like it is starving for fuel. It has happened 3 times now. Everything is running fine and all of a sudden it acts like it is losing fuel preasure or running out of gas.(2 times hot and 1 time cold when first start up) You can cut it off and start it up and it may run bad or it may be fine. You can leave the key on and open the throttle wide open and release it and then start it up and it will run fine. I did notice the harness for the tps was melted to the exhaust (one of the wires) I have checked the connection and repaired and resealed the wire. It has not ever just stopped running. You can kinda "nurse it along" but will not clear up until you restart and sweep the throttle. I haven't checked fuel preasure. (everytime it has done it I have not had the tester with me) The catch here is the check engine light is NOT on when it is running rough. I suspect the tps sensor and or harness may need replacement. I do not and have not ever had a tps code. I guess my question is can the t-bap harness issue cause it to run bad? Or should I suspect a fuel pump issue? In vehicles fuel pumps most of the time are either good or bad.

Yes the harness can cause this, shake the wires around while its running and see if you can make it run bad.

Harness seem to fix it so far. Only run it about 5 miles but run great and no check engine lights. Next big ride will be the real test. I havn't put a gps on it but man will this thing get up and go. On the highway I got it up past 70 on the speedo. If there was a 75 mile mark it would have been really close to it if not on top of it.

I had the same problem with my '08 700 X2. The dealer tech traced it to a pinched wire. No problems since that fix 8 months ago.
