Hi, I have a 2007 sportsman 800 with 750 miles on it. I have done the typical oil changes but wanted to do a complete maintenance overhaul and was wondering where to start. If anyone has an outline of what I should do, the fluids to use, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if I don't have to buy the fluids from a polaris dealer and could save some $ that would be great to. This may sound simple to many of you but I have very little experience with this and appreciate the help.

kedkins22... Props to you for keeping up on the maintenance. So often it's the little things that ppl overlook and then they come back ansd bite them in the arss. Or worse, they don't do anything to care of the bike and then slam Polaris' when they break... stupidity is not bliss! ahahah

I can't help with your specific model... but I found a PDF file of my owner's/maintenance manual on line. It is very good. Has all the fluids to use and how much along with where to look for all the drain and fill plugs for everything. Very helpful piece of info that's for sure. Just google it and see what you can come up with. For different fluids other than Polaris brand stuff, do some searching on the forums. I did this and was very successful, saved a few bucks that's for sure.
