I have a 2001 SP500HO is this Polaristar warranty worth the money or is it best to fix the stuff that goes wrong one problem at a time. I only have one month left on org. warranty so you info would be great

Warranties in general are not worth it (my opinion). Warranties are like insurance, you may never use it, in which case it is a waste of money. But if you blow a motor or gearbox, then it saves you some money. I did not extend the warranty on my wife's machine (trailboss), because the machine will not see any real abuse and I take care of it pretty good. I plan on buying a sport quad next spring and I plan on buying the extended warranty. I really intend on beating that machine and it will require extra repairs. You have to access how you plan on riding the machine and if you think the extra coverage is worth the money. Hope this helps
