can someone please tell what to set the valves to. Are both exhaust and intake .006?
does the camshaft come out on the left hand side when you sittng on it.So that means I have to take water ports on that side thanks

 

All questions are yes! If removing cam thermostat housing needs to be removed for access to cam plate bolts.

 

thanks for all the help.I just got all my parts so off I go wish me luck.These camsafts sure aren't cheap.I fix cars for a living you can buy one for a v8 cheaper.I guess thats way we have our toys to spend money on and have fun

 

Forget about car prices when buying motorcycle/atv parts!

 

think about it this way. theres thousands of cars and parts are used all the time requiring faster production times which (somehow) results in cheaper production costs. then you have atv/motorcycle parts that are not widely used and are not made very fast. results in higher cost of production
