brand new plug.one spark first time its cranked over then nothing</end quote></div>
Get stator wiring resistance specs,if trigger and charge coil check out, then possible cdi bad. Wouldnt hurt to check plug cap resistance(5000 ohm cap) plus check coil wire for bare spots. IF it was an old Honda I would say CDI because this is usually what they did! One spark only! BUT since its a Polaris, cant rule out stator, can do same thing!

I have the manual for the 325 Trail Boss. They have a meeting starting now, but in about 15 minutes I can try to post the Troubleshooting page, and the page for the stator resistance test.

OK, had to do this in a hurry, so I apologize about the two pages being scanned together.
Hopefully, this will help.

Just a thought, but does the 325 have a ETC (Electronic Throttle Control) ? If the throttle cable tension get to slack the ETC contacts close and grounds out the CDI unit and disables the ignition system.
A sign of the ETC out of adjustment is a slow idle until it stalls. If the ATV does not run with the throttle held open abit than its not the problem.
