850 XP on the Pipe

Default 850 XP on the Pipe

I would like to pipe my xp but have heard fit problems with the HMF, I have used there pipes before and loved them, whats up.

There was a problem with fitment but according to HMF they have resolved the fitment issues. Apparenlty a jig was accidently changed between R&D and production which resulted in the ftment problems. HMF says they have notified all their dealers and are having them return the bad pipes. But to be on the safe side I would order direct from HMF.
Be aware though that some other exhausts products are coming..there are rumors of a new pipe coming anyday from one company and supposedly RonWoods is working on a complete exhaust. Nothing against HMF but it will be noce to have more choices. I imagine with the popularity of the XP it is only a matter of time before there are alot of aftermarket products on the street for it.

Cool, I'm not in a big hurry. I hope they match the pipe with a tuner. It would be nice to have a bit more on the bottom end.

im ready to start modding.. im hoping for some sort of dual system for the xp
