Default 2008 Sportsman steering stem seams loose?

Just came home with my new (used) 2008 Sportsman 800. The quad is mint and does not have a scratch on it. Miles are 147. Only thing I have noticed is that the steering stem is loose & has some wiggle feel to it. Warranty is up. What should I be looking for to repair it.
Thanks,

Thor

chuck_raduenz yes when you pull the bars there is play. When you sit on the quad may it be in park or driving it the bars wiggle.

my 00' sp 335 did that. theres a nut at the end of the shaft behind the radiator with a pin. remove the pin. tighten the nut. not to tight tho. just tight enought so it dont move. not shure the size tho. i cant rember.

My 05 wiggles around where the number 3 bushings are. I installed new bushings but still have the wiggle. Any thoughts?

No play on either one of my '08 500's that I've noticed...
