Topping off coolant fluid

As spring nears, I notice that the level of the coolant fluid is low. I've search the site and the net some, and need to know how to go about this?
It looks like I need to take off the side panel? Do they just pop off?

Thanks, I knew that from when I cleaned the air filter [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
I will top off the coolant fluid, and change the oil in the next few weeks...I'm excited to do it, dorky to be excited, I know [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
