Well Polaris is paying for it and it's ONLY a little over 2 hours drive, I'm not sure what there going to learn me but I'm ready.
I still don't have any miles on my Touring 800, but the wifey's helmet and all the rest of the stuff is here and she's ready (when it's warmer and not raining) to go for a ride!

Dittos on that. It's good to take a safety class. I took one with my son (he was 14 at the time) and a buddy and his son. At the very least it was interesting to see some of the kids that were there (read brainless). After listening to them I wondered if they were intelligent enough to operate a quad. But, it was good to take and I even learned a few things.

Classic!!! LOL!!!
But seriously...I took a course several years ago when I purchased my new QuadRunner 500. It really is a good idea...because I learned a few things that day...that I still use while riding. Safety First!

it dont take long to spend $100 at a polaris dealer.... lucly i got my rear rack exstender for $20. think it took about 2 monthes for me to get my gift card.
the only reason i whent to the class was because it was free, and $100. i pretty much knew most of it. there was only like 7 people. wish i would have brought my wheeler to it. the instructor ask why are you here? i said the $100........ well least your honest he said.... lol

It took about 8 weeks to get my gift certif. Then I got my hand guards, the 850XP service manual and an oil change kit. I had to kick in 10 or 12 bucks on top of the $100 gift!
