Hey I have a 2008 Polaris 800 H.O. I am having a problem with my fan surging. When this happens my bike starts to run hot. Any ideas what is causing my fan to surge?

 

next time it does it see if you can check the battery voltage on the dianostic mode. just wondering if its a lack of voltage to the fan or is the fan motor it self starting to go bad, maybe bearings? i have never had any isues w/ either of my 800's. i do know that i have ben told that when the fans are working under the water or in mud, its very hard on them.

 

check ur connection at the fan see if thats loose
