Take a minute to read this. I felt urged to respond. If you do also take a second to think first, this guy doesnt need any bulletin board material from those "idiot" ATVers. Give him a piece of you mind but please do it correctly.

Seen it before. Amazing how somebody can still be sued for something that they haven't made for well over 10 years. Kind of reminds me of the 'dangerous' GM side fuel tanks that would cause the pickup to catch fire if struck repeatedly from the side while model rocket engines were lit underneath them. Or the roller skating Barbie doll that could catch fire if you sprayed hair spray at the roller skate wheels while rapidly wheeling them across concrete (made a spark somehow, I guess).
One problem - too many lawyers.
One solution - we shoulda bombed Florida when they were all there. Too bad there were innocent people there, too.

We have had 9 skiers die on the slopes so far this season. He should start an office in Colorado and see if he can't get skis banned.
If as many rich and famous people ATV'd as they do ski you wouldn't hear any more crap out of these guys.

I don't think the problem is too many lawyers. I think the problem is too many stupid people using the desperate lawyers for unimportant things. Just remeber this, stupid hurts, and no one ever wants to get hurt.
