Default Trailboss 330 How are they?

I am looking at getting a atv for Ms Thor and found a really nice low mile 2005 Trailboss 330. How reliable are they? Is there any issues with them? Thanks

My mother-in-law loves hers, a good beginning quad. I rode it a few times and it had a little pep, nothing spectacular, but it certain handled better then my AC did. Heck if you are interested she's selling hers cause she upgraded to a 4x4. I believe hers is an 08 - the red and white colored one, and she added a rear rack. She wants $2800 for hers - fresh oil and service too.

Keep in mind....no 4x4. If you are gonna be riding on grass and dirt roads and hard pack trails, then this is fine. My nephew has a trailboss 330, and we are constantly pulling him out of the mud. Now that being said....his trailboss does better in the mud than my sportsman 700 in 2wd. And those engines are bulletproof. He has run his out of oil twice and seized it up. A little mystery oil in the cylinder, and he is off and running again. I NEVER have that kind of luck......

I have had my 03 for about 4 years with no problems.Only draw back is it is under powered due to stock clutching.I fixed that with a clutch spring swap.Get a polaris white and it is a little better.Go with the EPI pink and Aaen blue secondary and it will rip.
