Yea, I heard about some recall or something. But checked the VIN# of this one with the affected VIN# and from what I understand this one is not part of the recall. But just to be safe I am going to have the guy sign something that says I have a 30 day warranty/trial so I can service it as soon I get it and see if there are any problems with it.

If I get it I will post pics!

"Not a smokin' deal"? I have seen many of these go for 4,000+ with more miles. One with close to 2000 miles sold on craigslist for 3800.

Is it a private party sale or from a dealer? If it is a private party let us know how the 30 day trial goes. Not bashing, but there is no way that would fly with me. I have seen what people do to a machine in 30 minutes, let alone 30 days. Good luck though.

Just for comparison, you can get a 2007, 2008, or 2009 for around $5K.

Looks like a clean machine.
