Default stalling when throttle is applied

i have a polaris sportsman 90, i know i could be posting this in the chineese quads because it's made in china, but you guys are experts. I just got my atv frame fixed and i was riding it around, when it started to stall, i checked and there was enough gas. it idles fine but when you apply throttle it dies. i also noticed that there was gas leaking out the bottom of the air filter. so i was thinking it could be a blown carbuerator gasket. but idk, so i was wondering what you guys think could be the problem.

Is the choke on?? Probably on the handlebar near the kill switch. Not sure what the gas leak is, you'll have to get in there and see whats up, pull the carb and check everything around it for cracks and what not..?

ya it's not the choke for sure, that was the first thing we looked at, but it's sounds like its being choked when you apply throttle when the machine is warm. if you wait like a minute and start it up, it'll run when you apply the throttle for a few seconds but then it dies. it gets me to thinking that maybe something is cloged up and is letting fuel run through just a little, but then again why would it idle fine. but yeah i'm going to pull the carb tommorow

The nedle and seat are bad in the carb , letting gas through ,even while sitting, if air box has gas in it the motor probably does too, need to fix the carb and change oil in motor

thankz for the suggestion kerbbirds. I don't know much about carbs, so the nedle and seat is also the reason why gas is leeking out of it

yes, after you replace them, turn the gas valve off when its not in use and the new one will last longer.
