How hard is it to adjust the toe?

I'm trying to find a way to mount 27x9x12 589's

I checked the toe with the tires off, front end resting on stands under lower ball joints, you can measure at front of rotors, and at the rear. flip the tie rod ends, turn both sides the same amount to get the same measurments.

what kind of measurements does any know with the tires on - measuring front and back of the front tires before doing the tierod flip. I just got doing it - tracks nice and straight but with the tires on - I'm not sure if my measurements are good. Per my measurements with the tires on - is almost 1" narrow in the front then back.

Per the Polaris dealer:
1/8 - 1/4" toe out
