Default Polaris Sportsman X2 T-Bap wiring harness

My 2008 Sportsman has just had the wiring harness replaced for the fourth time since Jan 2009. It has 2000 miles and 180 hours on it. Polaris' only comment was I should have bought the extended warranty. Service personnel have been helpful but say they've not heard of others with this issue. This week a problem with the ADC....supposedly the front differential is 70-80% shot and that is $1400 repair. Because of my experience, eight friends have purchased Can-Am machines! Any lemon law recourse?

Update to my post of 7/13/09!!!!

I have had failures to the solder joints in the conector and also do to the chafing of the wires at the T-BAP located on the air tube myself, as stated earlier. I just went out and checked my method i did some time back and looks to be doing the job. You have all been talking about the flexible wire tube and making sure it is in place, “this I agree on”. BUT" One of the harnesses I had fail at the point where the wire existed this tube just before the T-BAP; the wires were rubbed through by the edge of this tube. Again what I think is working for me is I put a 3/8 bed of RTV around the point of entry into the connector and tube and around the wires, down about 2" from the connector (TO ADD SUPORT). It looks kind of ghetto but I had one harness fail when I was 25 miles away from the truck when on a trip to Brimstone TN and had a hellava time finding and fixing it on the trail. Ill take the alternative!

Could you not just un-hook the problem sensor and not use it ?
