I'm getting code 41 on the quad .Does anyone know how to go about fixing this? Quad seems to run fine. I still have a tick from the motor sound like maybe vavles. Do you have to adjust the valves on these it only has 1600 miles on it

INTAKE AIR SENSOR:OPEN OR SHORT CIRCUIT TO SENSOR VOLTAGE.

in short you have a broken t-bap sensor wire or wires. this is very common. wires usually got stretched at the factory when they zip tied them in place.

The harness plugs into the sensor whitch is located in the rubber boot between the air box and motor. yes you can remove the sensor and clean it.
