Default help on predator uprades

i have a 04 pred tld. it is all stock. i mostly trail ride and im looking for more power. i am looking at air filters now and maybe an exhuast system. i have heard getting an k&n air filter and drilling holes in the air box lid will increase power alot but not sure if i should drill the holes in the box. any replys would be great.

Drill the holes, and install a Dynojet kit: http://www.dynojet.com/pdf/Q518.pdf

DO NOT drill holes in the airbox lid of your predator. They are not like the air box lids on other sport quads. If you drill holes in the lid you will be bypassing the airfilter.
