2010 Polaris Scrambler 500 ATV : Overview
IMHO it's ugly, the Handlebar headlights were Iconic!! But it did need a redesign.

 

I think Polaris threw in the towel, the Renegade is way ahead of the sport 4x4 market. We needed the 850R this year. Disapointed to say the least with that scrambler...

 

FUGLY! Weighs 20lbs more. Says "All new chassis and suspension" but is still a strut front end! Looks like 09' was the last good year of the Scrambler!

 

I have to believe Polaris has something in the works to answer the renie 800.

Looks kinda wimpy...i was really hoping for something to compete with the Renegade or at least a 700 Sport to compete with the KFX700, Raptor 700, Honda 700xx. New trailboss looks alright i guess, kinda dissapointed this year. I guess my hopes of something new were too high

 

Im probally gonna catch Heck over this comment but I definatly smell and see some Chinese Involvement on the new Improved Look of the 2010 scrambler, trailblazer and trailboss, This is not American styling I promise you, I can see Chinese all over it. JM2cents

O.K. but not impressed.

 

Looks like they took parts from a Sportsman (footwells), some leftover hood scoops from Honda (trx) and some plastic from CanAm (dvx).

Maybe it's just those footwells, but it sure looks top heavy now too.

As happy as I've been with the Polaris I have, if I was going on looks, I'd be shopping elsewhere.
