Nah, it's cuz I sent them an email last year about not being able to fit any aftermarket tires without aftermarket wheels....and the fact that the wheel companies were doing nothing about it.

Well at least that is what I like to think.......
I did send an email through one of their test riders though, and they had no plans of changing anything last year.

Looking at the 360 images on the polaris site everything looks the same. A pic of a 2010 in person would be nice. Wonder if the dealers are all getting them now. Last year they had them a little later I think.

Apparently Offroad Powersports in GA has at least 1 2010 850.
I was hoping the new swaybar might be able to be retrofitted onto the 09s, but no such luck from the way it sounds...totally different rear a-arms ect.

I took delivery of my new 2010 850 XP EPS on Tuesday, Aug. 18th. Only have about 25 km on it so far and all I can say is WOW !!!!!! Absolutely the best riding, best handling utility atv I've ever ridden. The power of the 850 is like a drug, very addicting. All in all, the most fun I've had riding a large utility atv. I also have an '03 SP500 that I purchased new in Sept./02 and always thought it was a very nice riding machine - which it is. However, compared to the new XP, the old 5 feels fairly rough. The new swaybar definitely allows for larger tires. I've got ITP 589's on order (should arrive Monday), 27X9X14 for the front, and 27X11X14 for the rear.

Wow, could care less about the rest, but that sway bar location is a huge improvement.
