after a summer of riding a 350 rancher he says it isnt that fun i need something i can jump and toss around i need a sport quad. so after searching around and looking at a bunch I found a 02 trailblazer, not a spot of rust, original tires still got 90% of the tread, has very low hours owner stated wasnt used the last 3 years, came with a rear rack, cover, helmet, rear bag for rack and a windshield.
i stripped the floor boards and rear rack and sprayed them with black truck bed liner, put on a new chain, cleaned the carb, new gas, changed tranny fluid and new uni filter, since 04 it has been running synthetic oil. runs awsome! and he loves it.

Cool! My cousin, bought his two boys Hawkeyes (one 14 and other 16). But they are forbidden to try to jump on them or any motor cross stunts.
Looks like a good buy and nice to know it came with a helmet. Since you know he wants to jump on this thing, if you don't have one, I would recommend a chest protector (roost deflector), boots, goggles, etc. just for a little more reassurance.
Enjoy your ride!
