From what I read here the Glacier2 mount is kind of wimpy but there's no problem with my G1. I've run into the curb a few times hard enough that I thought it would break something. I think it would take a bad crash to bend or break the mount.

DUCTMATE,
A couple years ago I owned a Glacier 1 and it was a VERY good plow. I had the 60" blade with rubber upper deflector.
I highly recommend the upper rubber piece because it adds another 4-5" to the blade height!![Smile](https://atvconnection.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
BTW, I also owned the Glacier2 and had many problems with the mounting plate. It was an early Glacier2 and I would think by now the plate has been re-designed and made stronger. But I do not know that as fact.
