Put some weight on rear and gain some more clearance.

Looks good, not sure if the washers will hold up though. The flat mating surface and hub centric design is for strength and proper centering of the wheel/spindle. Check your lug nuts regularly and dont get crazy!!!

I'll definitely be checking the lug's often. I'm going to take them out and see if I get any rubbing later. Just wanted to see if they would fit OK on the stock wheel's and didn't want to bend the swaybar.

IMO, I'd much rather bend the sway bar (no effects), than have a possible stud snap, and lose a wheel, who knows when

But besides that, I just got a set of tires just like yours, and I love them

just make sure you have enough threads onthe studs after those washers to tighten up good and not pull or strip the threads out. imo

Even with the weight on it doesn't look like enough clearance to me. What will happen when the rear end drops down with the suspension fully extended? I would think the tires will still rub.
The washers probably won't last too long as they may be too soft and cause the wheel to become loose. Be very careful with this setup! JMO.

Yea I would consider all options on the table to assist with rubbing issues OVER altering lug thread length. -- IMO I noticed with my SS212 wheels it seems like you only have a few threads to work with and often wondered how secure that would be since the lug nuts have less turn-downs. Yes, I know you are running stock and its a little different but my cousin running stock failed to retighten his stock SP700 wheels and almost paid a HUGE price down at the Hatfield McCoy trails.

Before I took my spill he went up before me and when he reached the TOP, his front right wheel was daggling off and with two remaining lug nuts on. Had he busted one at the TOP before my failed ascent who even knows what would of happened to him? (Medivac'ed I am sure of it!)

Regards,

R'

The 2010 machines will mount 27s with no mods is that correct?
