Default Clutch

I need a new clutch or to rebuild my old one. Do I need a clutch removal tool? One of the weights is broke and it appears that the race way where it slides is worn pretty bad. Also the bolt that holds the weight is seized in place. I would just buy a new clutch but the price is a bit steep! Any suggestions on the best way to go would be appreciated.
