Default strange problem with kill switch

So all the sudden on my wifes quad in order to start it you have to move the kill switch back and forth a few times for the key to work. The kill switch has hardly ever been used and it just seems strange to me that it would start doing this. Has anyone else had this problem and is it an easy fix? I know its a pain while we are out riding, and I need to get it fixed as we will be selling them soon.

I have a topic on this trouble I had........There are double contacts in there and very little steel ***** and springs..........If you take it apart you may not get it back together unless you have some know-how.......(do-it yourself person)..........Note...don't take it apart in the gravel or grass.......If you drop anything....It will be hard to find......................Caper........
