So I was out riding in the 10 degree cold this weekend and I think my exhast manifold cracked as its really loud all of a sudden. I ordered the dual head pipe exhaust from Breedslawnandgarden on EBAY. Can anyone tell me how hard and how long it takes to swap this part? I thought I read on here how a guy said you have to re-route your shift rods and remove all the plastic to do it. It doesn't seem like it should be that difficult to swap the exhaust.

 

So, I cannot seem to find any information on anyone that has purchased the header off ebay, seems like a decent deal as it includes all the hardware.

 

Bought from the same place and did the swap in about 45 minutes. You need to bend your shift rod out a bit so it doesnt rub on the header sheild. Pretty easy to do.
