98-2000 are close enough to get your info

Dont thnk you will find a free one on line.You can find manuals on Ebay for around $30

Found mine - Official 2009 Polaris Scrambler 500 2x4/4x4 Factory Service Manual 9921780 Scrambler 500 4X4

It looks like for '98 there are actually three options, Clymer aparently made a scramber manual
