Scanning through the ebay threads and saw a 400 sportsman with over 17xxx miles. Is that common? TonyT

think they have the "." in the wrong spot in the listing. if you take the mileage and divide it by the hrs the average speed is 70mph.

17000miles if it was taken care of i can see it. i had 7000 on my 00' when i sold it. but i think the speedo has been changed. just because it still has the oem tires. unless they got a cheap set to replace the old one.

if its all true its a true test on how well some are built.

No this is 17000 miles over 2000 hrs. I have no interest in this sale at all, was just surprised by the mileage.
no 2400 hours at 10 mph is 24000 miles. So they averaged somewhere around 7 mph

17000 miles at 2000 hours is 8.5 mph average. That makes alot of sense. It's not common for any quad I've seen to have that many miles on it. I've got 1500+ on our Polaris Sportsman and ATP and they've been good other than an overheating problem on the ATP that was solved with a new radiator cap. It wouldn't be out of the question but it would be rare to see that many miles.

I wonder what kind of "wench" it is or if he could sell that separately?.....not sure if wenches with that many miles/hours on them are in top form......
